Who Dares Cooks, Aracelly Waddington – sharing her Peruvian recipes, where cooking is fun and full of flavours, and behind almost every dish there is a cultural background, and a story to be told. Rob Green – UK Chef Ambassador for Seafish, the authority on seafood. A multi award winning chef and Chef consultant. Hook & Catch, is Rob’s amazing pop-up seafood restaurant. Middlesbrough College - Molly Shaher - Catering and Hospitality course leader and Chair of PACE (Professional Association of Catering Education) joined by one of her students, Staciee Aston Little Indian – Rani and Gee Singh. Sharing traditional family recipes, and adding their own style of cooking traditions, with unique blends of spices and herbs.
